The meet will be held at the “Paolo Costoli” swimming complex:

This is an outdoor pool long course (50 meter) with 10 lanes in the middle of a big park, with a 25 meter pool with 9 lanes continually available for training and warm-up (plus a kids pool). The temperature of the water will be 26/27°c (80/81 degrees Fahrenheit), timing will be automatic touch-pads. Big parking area will be available in front of the pool.

Of all the participants in the 50 free, the 10 best male and female times will participate in finals with the immediate elimination of the last 2 participants (alternating male and female) until the last heat, in which 4 swimmers race for the first 3 places and awarded with prizes (3 males and 3 females)4x25 Funny free relay
The relay scores will not be included in the final team ranking and will be “free”, meaning that each team may be made up of 2 men/2 women, from different clubs, nationalities, any swimsuits, wigs, anything! During the dinner (before the 50 free begins) the funniest relays will be rewarded.THIS WILL BE A RELAY PARTY!! SHOW OFF YOUR FANTASY!
Programme :: Rules and awards
- The list of relays must be presented to the organization before the end of the 200 backstroke.
- Men and women will compete in the same heats for the individual races.
- The results will be divided by sex and age categories.
- The heats will be organized from the slowest to the fastest times : we KINDLY ask the teams to specify the entry times on the application form attached.
- ONLY ONE START WILL BE ALLOWED
- Athletes who are affiliated with an Italian team may participate in 2 individual races.
- Athletes who are affiliated with a non-Italian team may participate in 3 individual races , however only the first 2 listed on the entry form will be considered valid for the final team classification results. The 3rd individual race will be regularly awarded.
- The team results will be made up of the total of the points of each athlete obtained during the meet using the FIN Supermasters 2010/11 system. The first 15 teams with the highest accumulated scores will be awarded a prize.
- For the individual races, the first 3 of each age and sex category will pick up their awards.
Awards to the teams will be made in poolside ceremony immediately after the end of the meet.
